At MLK&HNY, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be:
Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
In a condition suitable for resale.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@mlkandhny.co.za within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be sent back to us by the customer, using a reliable courier of your choice.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued for the product cost only.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
