Delivery Methods

We make use of trusted third-party service providers for all deliveries:

• Courier Guy (door-to-door delivery)

• PUDO Locker-to-Locker (self-collection at your chosen locker)

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days once payment has been received.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services:

  • Main centres: 2–4 working days

  • Outlying areas: 3–7 working days

• Please note: MLK&HNY is not responsible for courier delays, customs issues, or any damage after dispatch.

Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery method you select (Courier Guy or PUDO).

Tracking Your Parcel

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

• You can track your parcel directly through the relevant service provider:

  • Courier Guy Tracking

  • PUDO Tracking

Risk & Liability

• Once your order has been dispatched from MLK&HNY, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier service.

• MLK&HNY cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier.

• Customers are encouraged to track their parcels and liaise directly with the courier service for any delivery-related queries once the parcel has left our premises.

• Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate. MLK&HNY will not be responsible for incorrect addresses or uncollected locker deliveries.
