At MLK&HNY, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.<\/p>

Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><\/h2>

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days<\/strong> of receiving your order.<\/p><\/li>

  • Products must be:<\/p>

    • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • In a condition suitable for resale.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Return Process<\/strong><\/h2>

      1. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@mlkandhny.co.za<\/strong> within 7 days of delivery.<\/p><\/li>

      2. The product must be sent back to us by the customer, using a reliable courier of your choice.<\/p><\/li>

      3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>

        • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method.<\/p><\/li>

        • Refunds are issued for the product cost only.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

        • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/strong><\/h2>

          • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> of receiving your order with photos of the item.<\/p><\/li>
